Free admission for elementary and junior high school students from Nagasaki prefecture.
Free admission for students from elementary, junior high, high school and special needs schools in Nagasaki prefecture who visit the museum as part of a school program accompanied by a teacher.
Free admission to holders of disability certificates and one guardian.
Operation
To attract as many visitors as possible, the museum remains open until 8:00 p.m. and illuminated until 10:00 pm. At its lobby, the museum offers a wide range of information regarding the museum, sightseeing destinations in Nagasaki, and transportation, and responds to a wide range of inquiries from visitors. Also, the museum lends strollers and wheelchairs free of charge, and has a nursing room (used also as a first-aid-station) and baggage lockers.
